Yeah it is, If you don't scout and constantly harass your opponent and allow him to build hes gonna do that. Thats what I found in my 1v1 games as protoss, Terran players they either rush marines, thors, maurader marines, Zerg just overwhelm me with pure numbers and other protoss ive seen mass stalkers. I try to scout first and see what the other guy is building, and then build an army to counter that. If he doesnt attack within the next couple mins I attack first, otherwise I wait and hold until he attacks and then I counterattack. But I'm not perfect my score is something like 18 games and 5 wins lol
